make it intellij X compatible because of missing com.intellij.testIntegration.TestFrameworkDescriptor in this version #2

intellij X have changed some api's so com.intellij.testIntegration.TestFrameworkDescriptor in this version isn't available anymore, find an openapi for this functionality, or implement it by my own

This functionality was moved to com.intellij.testIntegration.TestFramework, fixed in 23a67f1f626477dbcc0104b1e836c99a92bc7ec8
