Updating versioning to support tags such as 'debian/x.x.x' #5

Currently vcversioner doesn't support using 'debian/' in a tag/version. This is problematic when using tools such as git-dch (when building a python deb), as it requires the format of 'debian/x.x.x'. It would be great if vcversioner was updated to support a wider variety of characters.
