Use fabric 2.0 for sdk and docker image #21

@dasormeter @hacera-jonathan could you tell me why this PR has not been merged? Do you plan any support for HLF +2.0 ?

Hi Daniel,

Will start from the second, yes, Fabric 2.x in general (the 2.0.x, and the 2.1.x as well as the upcoming Fabric 2.2 which is planned to be released in a quarter.

Many of the partners and cloud providers preferred that the default will remain the 1.4.x family of Fabric, because that's what available by default on most cloud providers.

We currently offer the commercial offering of HACERA's Unbounded SCALE for 1.4.x with full support (out of the box), and will certify it with the leading cloud providers for the 2.x
