• Async package management means ResponseMatcher is not needed and uploadPackages now returns SubmissionResult
• Config class needs to be defined as part of example as it is no longer available from platform
• StandaloneApiServer rather than StandaloneIndexServer

upgrades to be ready for SDK 0.13.40

• Do not exclude jackson.core transitive libraries from sandbox and ledger-api-auth

upgrades to be ready for SDK 0.13.39

• implement allocateParty method which returns SubmissionResult
• uploadPackage now returns SubmissionResult
• wrap Submission in Envelope when calling CommitSubmission
• submissionId must be specified for package upload and party allocation
• must instantiate new instance of StandaloneIndexServer
• add local maven resolver to build.sbt to support testing with local maven artifacts

upgrades up to SDK 0.13.38

• Take in updated CLI and Config options, and reapply additional config for Fabric added on top of the defaults
• Use StandaloneIndexer and StandaloneIndex instead of ReferenceServer
• Update and correct various artifact dependencies
• Force specific version of jackson to avoid clashing resolution
• Include initial authentication support with AuthWildcard implementation
• Use H2 for index server
• Include MaxInboundMessageSize setting
• Named logger factory
• Include metrics registry
