Changes applied by digital team in recent past, including:

single content item creates, updates and publications in single git commit (except for edge case: publication of item with dependent separate html files, which should probably be deprecated)
associated refactoring around write path, pushing files responsibility from controllers into Content
FIX for rugged file handle leakage on history access
FIX for chinese path exclusions for history access
FIX for deletion authorisation

Discussed offline with Mircea, these commits are currently used as part of main digital ecosystem and good to go.
