mod indicator disappears in chat #234

when you mute a user who happens to share the same ip/hash as a mod, the mods "mod" indicator disappears, tho the mod can still perform mod commands. it also seems that i cant send /help from the chat input area but sending it via console works fine

Noticed this bug too found a fix to it @marzavec could you assign issue?
