FS.com gtop menu and other useful commands #204

Hello! The gtop command to see a debug menu is missing in the docs:

To access the composite keys menus, (for example c-a) just press c at the same time as a.

Another useful command:

$ onu gtcsng errorcode=0 serial_number=ABCD12345678

I'd at least document the pages that we find useful for debugging
