FS.com GPON-ONU-34-20BI: non ASCII PLOAM #318

Hi, many thanks for this useful resource

I'm trying to set the PLOAM/IDONT password, which on my o2/Movistar device reads as 20 characters beginning F4 and ending in 000000. I suspect this is really hex encoding. However, for this firmware version I only see a way to input via sip_i2c -i11 -s 10 ASCII characters. How do I input if many characters are non-printeables?

Regards and thanks again

Try to convert hex characters to ascii and those not convertible put in hex like \FF

or try this firmware, https://hack-gpon.org/ont-huawei-ma5671a-fs-mod/
