Analyze App Performance using Kadira #14

Consider adding Kadira to the application and observe the performance. Refer to the BulletProof Meteor Guide for help.

Also consider adding Fast Render.

Hopefully this can help improve performance and decrease the load time, especially when the databases are loaded.
