Incorporate complete event registration

It has been decided to use the Status Board for the entire registration process. Thus we need to add new fields in the hacker registration:

• resume
• full name
• location of origin and travel
• dietary restrictions
• anonymous data (should be kept in a separate table)
  • gender
  • race/ethnicity
• other preferences
• ?

All data should be kept in the MongoDB.

This also makes #28 more important and should be done for the next release.

We must also include a checkbox for the applicant to agree to the MLH Code of Conduct
