welcome template, footer links, info & user profile update, mentor style #57

added a welcome template so Meteor would stop complaining
added links in the footer because it was bothering me
updated the info page for HackRPI 2015
updated the style of the mentor page to use to sb-styled input forms
updated user profile to include the new fields
locked the hacker dashboard until the event
