Created endpoints for volunteerForm:

GET (api/form): retrieving all
GET (api/form/): retrieving one by Id
POST (api/form): creating one
PUT (api/form/): editing one
DELETE (api/form/): deleting one

Modifications

Created and modified (directories and files within those directories):

api/form : routes.ts
/<_id> : route.ts

Testing Considerations

Used Postman/Insomnia to test all endpoints
