Right now, there are two collections in the test database: scraperMetadata and scrapermetadatas. Right now, it seems that scrapermetadatas is being used, but we want to use scraperMetaData instead. Additionally, the metadata right now doesn't make sense (25 hearings, 1 project, 0 sch projects). Review the logic and test the functions to make sure metadata functions properly. It's fine if you want to clear the collection to test it.
