Pull Request Summary

Fixed metadata updating and made display of stats on about page display 0 by default. Metadata now uses scraperMetadata collection

Note: Branched from 135-add-a-script-to-wipe-database to take advantage of database wiping script

update_metadata.py slo_county.py

metadataSchema.ts about/page.tsx

Testing Considerations

Cleared database and scraped. Displayed stats match database
