Currently, on the Log Hours page, users are unable to submit the hours that they volunteered. When the submit button is clicked, the request doesn't go through. Fix the onSubmit functionality in the BMLogHoursPage and make sure that the hours are properly logged, and that the submission modal appears on submission.
