Font size on the Create Unit and Create Lesson modal is inconsistent #178

Describe the bug

The font size on the Create Lesson modal is too large. We need to make it smaller and match the font size on the Create Unit modal. Also, the Create Lesson modal should have the blue suggestion box that is on the Create Unit page.
