Where is the g" coming from? #260

Describe the bug image

There is some floating g" text on the <HomeBaseCase/> page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the app for the first time.
  2. Wait for the app to load with your data. While it loads, it first navigates to the <HomeBaseCase/> page that has the search bar and "you do not belong to any languages" text. On this page, the g" is shown.

Expected behavior The g" should not be there.
