Description

Created learnerAuthorization API middleware for adding security to learner-only routes.
Built POST learner/complete endpoint for marking a user as having completed a lesson.
Returned learner progress in the GET language/course and GET language/unit endpoints if the user making the request is a learner.
Updated the Progress Indicators on the LearnerCourseHome and LearnerLessonHome pages.

Fixes #292
