Description

Resolved some bugs found from user testing:

The Join Course popup for private courses states that codes are case sensitive.
Delete course icon and delete course text are the same color.
Tab icons change color when switching pages.
All pencil icons have the same design.
Submit buttons are aligned slightly higher than the bottom of the device.
Back button is removed on the Congratulations page.
Account Info button icon and text are the same color.
