Basic functionality implemented (assuming json is ordered by timestamp, which it should be right?)
Need to output csv to a file and attach to an email
Need to figure out bounding_box def

for context this is in an upload.py file bc that was where i put all the old (deprecated) upload logic, open to move it anywhere but i dont know which file it'd fit in
