Abhi map csv #27

@dzhang55 everything is on the frontend rn. ignore changes to the view.py file. note though that my csv results are varied and i need help doing testing. @kbharathala @katiejiang @rachelhongca @buenahora top priority to fix & test. Only relevant lines are lines 530 onwards in main/map.html
