Description

TEST THIS MAMA JAMA!!! Try to break it in every way conceivable. You should spend 1 HOUR DOING THIS! Literally set a timer. If you can't find anything, look harder!

Don't test on localhost, instead navigate to cm.utkh4i.com and do your testing there. Do the testing on your phone, since this is currently our best supported device

Technical Details

Some things to consider (non-exhaustive!): What happens if...

• I don't put a value in a field?
• I put a bad value in a field? (ex. start time before finish time)
• I try to insert a duplicate value?

Walk through EVERY workflow, start to finish, with every enumeration for inputs/sequences. Make a new volunteer, make a new event, make a new org, etc. Start a workflow, stop, come back to it later. Including (but not limited to)

• Auth
• events
• organizations (ex. making a new one on checkin, making a new one on checkin while doing a multi-checkin, selecting one on multi-checkin, typing the name of an existing org but not selecting it, etc. This gives you an idea of how exhaustive to be)
• volunteers
• role verifications
• background checks

TRY TO BREAK IT!

ADDITIONALLY:

• Look for visual changes / missing functionality. Something you think looks off? Something that should be changed? Did we miss any functionality? (disregard the coloring -- Andrew will grab the theme on this one)

EXPECTED OUTPUT:

• 1 hour of testing -- can't decrease this time by being a fast dev!
• List of bugs / changes / improvements attached to this story in the comments. Be descriptive with steps to reproduce. For anything visual, include screenshots. Zavier and I will be compiling these and making sure everything is addressed

When you create a new volunteer the boxes are left to right, not up and down.

You can put any name you want for a verifier in Role Verifications, which may be intended, but seems like it could be a problem

When you create a new event, when clicking what services are offered, the app is buggy. At least when I did it, If you press multiple services, sometimes the checks from other services disappear. If it is intended that you can't click both food and medical, then you can select them both if you do a specific order as well. The main one is clicking food then medical erases the checks from both boxes

The search for the volunteers page seems a little strange if I search "a ", I get some expected names like Amelia Hernandez and Ava Wilson. However, I get unexpected things like Isabella Garcia, Mia Lee, Olivia Lewis, Sophia Martinez, and Olivia Miller. Overall, I think only of these are expected, so maybe the search is cluttered

When I search for volunteers in an event if I type in "A " names like Zavier Miller and Matt Chris come up, which seems like it may be wrong

For volunteer check in I typed in "And" and it is trying to autofill Hernandez. This was after I already checked in someone with the last name anderson
