201 add reporting to volunteer component #368

Description

Added reporting to an individual volunteer page. Click the button and it loads the following:

Hours served
Events attended
Organization affiliations + hours with each

Accounts for:

Only 1 hour / 1 event ('hour' instead of 'hours)
If no events attended, button is not visible

Relevant issue(s)

Questions

Is hiding the button if no events attended the right thing to do? Or should we handle it another way
