TO SPEC – how often etc

These two are musts:

[ ] Sorry mail if event cannot become viable in due time
[ ] Reminder mail before a viable event (maybe include owner phone # & howto doc again)

Other ideas:

[ ] 24 hours after signup if you haven't joined anything: Join one of these meetups
[ ] Every 7 days: Join one of these meetups ...

When should the event be canceled?

Post.at says:

"Über 97 % der Inlandspakete werden innerhalb von 2 Werktagen zugestellt."

Assume shipping time of 48 Werktag hours + 24 hours fulfillment time on the campaign end. => If event is not viable 72 Werktag hours ahead of scheduled date, cancel it.

e.g. For a Friday evening or Monday morning event, cancel on Tuesday evening.

Reminder should be fine at the same time? Or just 24 hours ahead?
