Add a positive feedback cycle to the app:

20 mins after an event started: Prompt owner to send a photo (TO SPEC how?)
Send photo to people nearby, "do this too!"
Display on website in Instagram-like view in a 2nd tab on meetups page for inspiration
Let users schulterklopfen each other (TO SPEC how)
