NoScript breaks Vivaldi web panels #131

Vivaldi, a Chromium-like browser, features web panels, basically special tabs that you can always keep open and tile with your active tab.

NoScript insists on blocking scripts for any web panels I set (good!), even if I've already whitelisted the site (not good!). I've already verified that it's NoScript by disabling and re-enabling the extension.

@hackademix can you please suggest a solution. Noscript is an absolute necessity, but as do wepanel. Thank you

For custom Web Panels, it works to whiteliste the site/domain in noscript/umatrix. For Default Web Panels, where you dont have the URL, it still dos not.

Is it possible to provide the URLs, eg. for the translator? Would be appreciated.
