Feature request: Appearance option to add text description to icon instead of requiring me to hover for the tooltip #352

I am icon-challenged and may misremember what an icon means (specifically, it doesn't register for me that a red exclamation point means dangerous as I am likely to not register content that appears in red; further, an exclamation point can mean "important").

It would be good to have an option on the settings appearance tab to add the word "Danger!" (in black text) under dangerous items such as Disable Globally.

Also noting that if someone is using NoScript on a mobile device or keyboard-only, hovering is difficult or impossible.
