If "high contrast" is selected, increase the window height and width

If I go to Settings Appearance and check "high contrast" (which replaces the icons with text labels) the UI overflows the available space. It would be good to double the window size both horizontally and vertically to accommodate the larger area needed. In particular:

• the control buttons at the top run off the available area and do not show scrollability (not that I would want them to need to be scrollable; I would want to see them all at once)
• if there are a lot of items, the scroll bar doesn't always show, and
• you can't see what domain you are setting
• even if you could scroll right to see the domain, then you would no longer be able to see the setting, adding to cognitive load
• if I scroll all the way to the bottom, the last (maybe? I'm not sure it's last) item gets cut off at the bottom
