Unable to download snapshot. This snapshot may not have finished uploading yet. #49

Hello, I have an problem, after autorisation iloop findes my all backups, snapshots and lists files into snapshot. but after this there is an error message: "Unable to download snapshot. This snapshot may not have finished uploading yet.". I have disabled backup from iphone too, but without success. Is any solution?

Could this snapshot be used from any other device?
