Is there a way to fine-tune the rec such that az next would not recommend the command that has just been executed?

As shown in screenshot and also some of the user feedback...

The scenario is: created a webapp, curious of what i could be running next but az next recommended me to run az webapp create again...

From the algorithmic/implementation perspective it makes sense... but from the user flow perspective it's slightly off.....

actually let me close this for now ... since this is a known issue awaiting to be prioritized ...
