[x] Fix typo in generated tes.ts
[x] Disallow contract names that start with numbers
[x] Hyphens in generated Deployment subclass
[ ] Remove need for cargo update before first build

Merging (with 1st fix only.)

The rest I'll do directly on master - trying to do branches and PRs for what are one-commit fixes provides no benefit.
