Add intents to discord.py workshop

started with 039fe26029c2ecf13addcee616146d25ab1a461d and 7ba595b3584c61a6b9c37a4c6ac9f750bffe86d3; see whatever is needed to get the bot to work. if the code works as-is, we can close this (and remove any unneeded instructions)
