Add a Greeting for New Players

the greeting would

• explain how /nick works
• explain /color
• list basic rules
• reference the slack
• link the GitHub

  Example

  Greetings!
  Welcome to the HackClub minecraft server
  You can use /nick to set your nick name and /color to set your chat and name colors
  Rules:
  Be nice, No greifing etc.... 
  if you want to contribute to plugin development head on over to the GitHub

This sounds like a great idea. Maybe send all of this on the first time they join, and then add a /tutorial command so players can refer to it after.
