Style "how do I contribute" section #2

Right now it's pretty unstyled. Might be nice to make it fancier. Some inspiration:

@bellesea Do you think we should spruce up the styles of the "How to contribute" section still? Or do you like how it is now that the "New here?" section looks different? 🤔

Could this be some sort of spruced-up checklist (ooh maybe with a confetti button that only activates once you've checked them all off)? Here's a codepen with some examples of customizing checkboxes with CSS.

That could be cool! Let's do confetti after every check, because someone is taking a positive step closer.
