Add hack club header #25

Like on https://hackclub.com/. I think this may make it feel more cohesive. But maybe not!

If I understand the architecture of hackclub/site correctly, we'd need to refactor this site to use React in order to use the components from there. We already have the Orpheus-hand flag header here, but I agree that something better would be nice.
