order repos by most "up for grabs-like" open issues #38

We don't have a consistent labeling scheme, but we could use labels help wanted, good first issue, easy, or hacktoberfest? That gives us results like this.

It might also make sense to filter by issues that aren't assigned.

This seems like something we'll want the API from the main site to return, rather than pulling it all from the contribute microsite.
