Team creation request #64

I would like a team to be created for The Fed Agents(i.e. bag dev team) if possible. This would be useful as there are teams for other dev teams including Sprig and we would like that. The people that should be in it are AverseABFun, rivques, kcoderhtml, V205Arduino, polytroper, and jianmin-chen.

@AverseABFun Please provide a comprehensive list of repositories The Fed Agents should be provided access to, and then assign this issue back to me.

hackclub/bag, hackclub/bag-manifest, maybe hackclub/bag-apps also make @rivques be the owner if you are going to make someone be the owner
