And could you make it really clear as the first sentence of this section that these instructions are for after the PCB arrives from the factory and they have done the ordering process

A common issue in the Slack is people receiving their custom-made hacker card from following the jam but being unable to write or read to it, making the person think they did something wrong. This PR adds instructions on how to correctly initialize and flash their Hackercard to allow it to be written and read to as normal. Further info can be found here.
