Fix typo in ch. 3 execveat aside #40

I might have found a typo in the execveat aside in chapter 3.

I stumbled over the word suffices as the plural for suffix. I think it should be suffixes, but I'm not a native speaker/writer, so maybe I'm missing something.

Wiktionary tells me that the plural is indeed suffixes, but also notes that suffices "occasionally appears":

The plural suffices occasionally appears (including in one educational publication), but it is not a standard plural and has no basis in the Latin origin of the term.

Anyway - thanks for publishing this, I'm not done reading yet, but I'm enjoying it so far! =)

I definitely remember writing "suffices" and going:

"Hey, I like how that sounds! I wonder if it's a real word..."
Googles suffices Sees the same text you sent "Well, suffices occasionally appears, so it's probably fine!"

I do really like how it sounds but honestly suffixes is a tad more professional.
