Add a CLUBS newsletter form and archives to the CLUBS page #1038

just like we have for the main page, we could add a form to join the Clubs monthly newsletter and see the archives. It might encourage more members to join it as well!!

Hi Kara! I'd love to help with this issue. I'm curious, which mailing platform does Hack Club use for these emails? Is there a particular account I would need access to in order to implement this feature? Thanks!
