Experimental: Optimising every image asset in public dir with ImgBot. #1184

This might be dangerous 🚨

I optimised every single image placed in the public directory with ImgBot. As per my testing on the main pages of the site, nothing has broken yet. This update makes the images 15.28% smaller in size, while still maintaining the quality.
