Slacker is an attempt to organize and systematize our developer/customer support use cases into something that is easy to manage and measure, and also is welcoming of newcomers wanting to help participate on projects.

Slacker should systemically ensure that there are good-first-issues on github-related projects #133
One of the goals of Slacker is to ensure that there are low-hanging fruit issues that newcomers can take on - without any intervention from another human being. Thus, it makes sense for Slacker to try to force maintainers to supply the project with steady streams of good-first-issue issues.
Proposal:
Tie into the weekly project report notifications. Add # of good-first-issues as an item within that notification. Make there be big bold text in the notification when there are less than 3 good-first-issue items associated w/ the project.
