ES documents must contain information about follow-ups and their durations #145

In ES analytics dashboards we can't currently discriminate between AIs that were normal vs. follow-ups. We'd also like the ability to discriminate specifically between 7 and 30 day follow-ups for welcomers, so having an integer(sec) time duration there would be ideal.
