Allowing Live Streaming of meetings to Facebook/Youtube/Custom #8

We use live streaming to Facebook to save recordings of our meetings for future reference. For now, using /z and trying to start the live stream will result in a permission error.

@JosiasAurel I can imagine this might be a feature that we'd want to support if it was reasonably easy to implement. Can you reproduce the issue still, and if it is still not working, investigate the difficulty of fixing this?

for this we'll need to make sure livestreaming is enabled on all our Zoom Pro licenses for Facebook and YouTube (see here)

@JosiasAurel is this something that is just clicking some buttons in the zoom UI? or is there more to it?
