Add admin invite to toriel #266

Flow:

  1. /toriel-invite gets invoked by the user
  2. Toriel checks to see if the user is an administrator. If not, it exits the flow image
  3. A modal is shown to the user image
  4. Toriel invites the user! Woohoo! image

There is no full name field in the database, this doesn't update Airtable, and nor do I know how to update Airtable

@aboutdavid slacks native invite flow allows people to be pre added to certain channels, I sometimes use this when adding club leaders.... is this something we can add as part of functionality?
