This morning at 4:18 we tried to add SBP prices for 02:00 and 02:30, but only 02:00 was added
Similar gap of sbp price at 01:30
From what I remember, the SBP prices is available at 8 min past the end of the settlement period e.g 2.30 is available at 3.08
Bad solution: In front end is to fill the gaps with zeros. This means it sliently falses, so perhaps dont want to do this yet
