How does this guy promote himself?

Setting this on other units too. I currently do not understand why, sure there's a valid reason somewhere...

Ah, for "[X%] Strength" the displayed modifier is self promoting.

Valid reason found.

Trying to think of a better description in the combat window, nothing coming to mind. Maybe: +50% ⚔️Longswordsman power modifier

Yea, that does look more readable.
