Once peer reviewed we can switch in the Stripe live credentials

It's on a staging server if you want to try it out, just message me for details.

We could...

Swap in the live stripe details, and add it to the menu

Just had a chat on IRC about this.

@Hibby noticed that it doesn't check the validity of the email address. I would kinda think Stripe would catch that, but apparently not. I'll add in some basic @.* type validation.
