Lowering the barrier of entry with better tools/websites #2

So, currently I just provide the translation files, and the translators have the burden of finding and using tools (or just using a text editor). Translators also need to be capable of using git(hub) or find a GUI replacement. These two things together (especially the latter) makes it harder to start translating. That is why I want to find and use other tools/websites which can lower the barrier of entry. I don't know yet of any websites or tools that would make it easy enough so that anyone can just start translating. So I am creating this issue to

  1. Keep track of any tools I find.
  2. Provide a place where others can give suggestions for websites/tools

I will start out with one tool I have found, still requiring git(hub) knowledge, but may have quality of life improvements over using just a text editor.

I should get Weblate up and running on my server. It would allow anyone to easily translate.
