hello there! i'm miami-rick from reddit. i'm not a native tamil speaker. but i have lived in tamil nadu for a long time, and i think i could help with the translation.

I copied the "general" files and renamed them to tamil, you should now fork it and begin translating in translations/tamil/tl.
